Welcome to Za’ yet. A whole new world awaits you. As you approach the beautiful, walnut doors and glass windows, you feel as if you have been transported to a town in the Middle East. The patio is lit up with string along the side of Za’ yet. When you enter, you are greeted by the mouthwatering smell of roasting chickpeas. The merlot walls and mocha trim take you to a place that you have never explored before. The tabletops are made of hammered copper and paired perfectly with copper, black cushioned chairs. Olive branches hang from the walls beside the breathtaking tapestries. The dimmed, hanging lamps and natural lighting from the windows creates a relaxing atmosphere for all of our customers. This is accompanied by the peaceful music of the Middle East. The floors are made of stunning, mocha hardwood and the ceiling is dim, and deep olive colored. Artwork is hung along the wall. The children in the community.
Service Style and Customer Experience:
We strive to keep our service style both efficient, and customer savvy here at Za’yet. Upon entering, the customer is greeted by a host who will welcome them to our establishment, ask the number of guests that will be seated with them, and if they would prefer to sit indoors or outdoors. The host then directs them to their table.
Once everyone is seated, a runner will then ask the customers for their beverage order and direct their attention to the menu cards they are handing out. Pencils can be found on the far end of the table along with a hard copy of our menu. Customers are asked to fill out their order on the card and write any special requests at the bottom. This guarantees that our customer is happy with their order because it makes them feel involved. When the runner returns with their drinks, all of the menu cards are collected, labeled by table, and sent to the kitchen.
As the customers are waiting at the table, they can enjoy the soft, Middle Eastern music that sets a perfect mood for their experience. We welcome light conversations with family and friends, meetings with coworkers, and students enjoying our free Wi-Fi. Upon receiving their meal, the customers will take a bite into another world.
Every little while the runners will check on their tables to ensure that all drinks are full and that all customers are satisfied. Once the customers are finished a check is left on the table and the runner will return to take it to the register. When it is all set, they return it to the table and tell the customers to have a wonderful day. We want every customer to leave with a full stomach and a smile on their face.
If someone is in a hurry, we offer quick and easy take out. When the customer approaches the restaurant, they can walk up to our take out window and either order, or pick up their order that has already been called in. They will be greeted, served, and rung up by one of our hosts, and then they can be on their way. It makes our restaurant flexible to meet the needs of any of our customers. We guarantee that every customer will leave delighted and pleased with their experience at Za’ yet.
